Management

The management of our company consists of experienced and proven professionals in the field of security who have spent their whole working life performing various activities in this field. Most of them spent most of their working lives in the Army, performing various security and command duties. Unlike many others involved in this sort of business, besides graduating from high military schools (the master and doctor’s level), where they had a chance to learn assessment, planning and organizing of security jobs, almost all of the our company management members have passed a number of executive and lower executive duties during their career, which allows them to see the problems from "above" and "below" much better. In addition to that, they have also been given the highest marks for these activities and, based on that, promoted to higher positions.

During the military practice, our associates have very successfully organized and managed the security of the most important military facilities (Military Headquarters and the Ministry of Defence, Command modes, large warehouses and bases), the highest-rank military heads(Chief of Military Headquarters and Minister of Defense, Army and Corps commanders and many foreign delegations) , they have also organized the security protection of corpses and brigades, fighting crime and counterintelligence protection of all aspects and military branches as well as organizing and carrying out cooperation with other state institutions. Military and police practice means that they know how to conduct the assessment, how to collect and process the data, how the plans and elaborates are made, how to organize and how to really act in crisis situations. Even now the military plans are a synonym for accuracy, efficiency and safety. Owing to this experience, professionalism and efficiency, some of our associates have been invited to organize the security of the highest state and military leaders. This security even nowadays operates in the way they designed it.

We have with us two former Heads of security department of National Defense School and three security provision teachers employed by high military schools and courses of security officers and military police, and one consultant who is a professor at the Faculty of defense. They have not only the immense theoretical knowledge but also the knowledge proven in practice.
Their past work includes hundreds and thousands of successfully-trained students, officers and other categories of individuals. Some of them are now engaged in scientific work and the publishing in this area of business.
